Grace was poured upon your lips, O
devout father, and you became a shepherd
of the Church of Christ, teaching the
reasonable sheep to believe in the Trinity,
coessential, in one Divinity.
Ἐξεχύθη ἡ χάρις ἐν χείλεσί σου,
ὅσιε Πάτερ, καὶ γέγονας ποιμὴν τῆς
τοῦ Χριστοῦ Ἐκκλησίας, διδάσκων
τὰ λογικὰ πρόβατα, πιστεύειν εἰς
Τριάδα ὁμοούσιον, ἐν μιᾷ θεότητι.
